HR & Payroll Officer
Location: West Kent/South East London borders – Hybrid working, 1 day from home
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE

Opportunity Highlights:

• Responsible for the management of the end to end payroll process ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing
• You will collaborate with the finance team to discuss payroll related accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• You will be a trusted advisor to colleagues and managers on all HR related queries as a first line response
• Contribute to the audit of HR policies, procedures, forms and payroll processes to identify key areas for core process improvement

We Seek:

1. Demonstrable background in payroll with experience of working with an outsourced payroll system
2. Experience of using HR/Payroll systems along with ESS functionality
3. Current knowledge on related legislation and best practice
4. CIPP/CIPD qualification desirable
5. Experience with employee benefits, pensions and onboarding
