  • Simon was given a hard brief, from a network of family companies, with all the curious working methods that family companies create for themselves. There was a convoluted history and a complex brief for a critical position. He was asked to not deluge us with candidates but to make a judicious selection based on our brief and his knowledge of us. He did exactly that, and delivered several candidates that were clearly of calibre, on brief and professionally appropriate.
