Account Manager/Bookkeeper (Ref: J7178) Permanent

I am currently recruiting for an Accounts Manager/Bookkeeper to join their team. They are a specialist Tax consultancy and this role with support the partners by providing accounting services and support to their clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a professional and friendly team.

You will be responsible for:

General bookkeeping services and accounts preparation
Purchase Ledger, sales ledger general reconciliations
Accounts preparation to trial balance
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Preparation of VAT, CIS returns
Dealing directly with clients
Ad- hoc projects

This would suit an AAT qualified accountant or someone who is QBE with previous experience of being a bookkeeper within a public practice accountancy firm delivering bookkeeping services to multiple clients.

Ideally you will have:

Previous experience of working within a similar position
Strong ITC skills, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage
AAT Qualified of equivalent
Good communication skills, written and verbal
