Accounts Assistant (Ref: J10275) Permanent

We are currently working with a forward thinking organisation in Sidcup, North Kent who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant. You will be responsible with completing accounts procession and credit control.

Key Duties will include:

-Processing sale invoices and purchase orders, as well as internal financial matters including; overtime, expenses and journey log sheets.
-Using experience of Sage Line 50, you will be doing Sage entry.
-Other finance responsibilities will include sales and purchase ledger (including credit cards and expenses), credit control and other general accounts tasks.
-You must have a combination of strong organisational skills and a polite telephone manner in order to complete a various amount of admin duties; answering the telephones, diary bookings, report logging, filing, organising hotels and more.
-You will be joining a friendly, professional and growing business so you have to be polite, hard working and have excellent communication skills and work ethic.

The successful candidate will ideally be AAT qualified (or have equivalent qualification by experience). They must have experience in credit control and working in a similar role processing accounts information.
