Temporary Finance Assistant – Isle of Sheppey
• 28 – 35 hours per week
• 5/6 weeks Temporary Assignment
• Up to £15ph
We are looking for a Temporary Finance Assistant to join our client who are a growing Global Business based on the Isle of Sheppey. This role is for 5/6 weeks to help cover the finance department. The Successful candidate will have experience in working within a Finance function and be able to help clear the backlog currently.
The Role:
• Dealing with Creditor’s and Debtor’s account reconciliations
• Process purchase invoices.
• Raise sales invoices.
• Process expense claims.
• Analysis of codes/ledgers using Excel
• Some simple accruals and prepayments
• Potentially contribute to the management accounts reporting, if appropriate
