Accounts Semi-Senior (Ref: J9513) Permanent

My client, based in Canterbury, is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Semi-Senior. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm and contribute to their growing and busy department. They are looking for an Accounts Semi-Senior who can demonstrate experience of having worked within a Practice environment previously.

You will be part of a busy department and be responsible for the preparation of management and statutory accounts preparation for companies, partnerships and sole traders. You will work with a wide, varied client base and will responsible for managing your workload effectively within the required time frames and budget requirements. You will work providing technical expertise, dealing with client queries and prioritising your workload accordingly.

Managing your client base you will take documents from source through to final accounts, producing management accounts of a monthly and quarterly basis, advising on taxation and VAT issues where needed, liaising with other internal departments where required.
