What you’ll be doing:
- Lead client engagements with finesse, ensuring high quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic guidance and specialised solutions to clients operating in niche industries.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in their financial journey.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing all accounting and financial aspects.
- Collaborate closely with team members to exceed client expectations and drive mutual success.
What you’ll need to have:
- Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or Qualified By Experience with a proven track record.
- Experience with client management within a chartered accountancy practice.
- Expertise in working with specialist, niche clients, understanding their unique challenges.
- Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Audit experience desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
