Assistant Accountant (Ref: J6060) Permanent

Goldhawk Associates are supporting a client looking to appoint an Assistant Accountant, they are an established firm of Accountants in Tunbridge Wells. They are looking for an Assistant Accountant with at least one to three years of experience within the audit or accountancy field. Full Training and development are offered and supported with studies to then progress through but ideally, you will be an AAT studier or qualified or part way through your ACA.

You will be working in a team and will be responsible for audit and accountancy support for their client base. You will support more senior members of staff by working to support clients with:

Dealing with client queries
Bookkeeping
Payroll
VAT and CIS returns
Liaising on HMRC
Assisting with the preparation of management and annual accounts
General accounting support, analysis, and forecasting.
Audit queries and attending/supporting on audits
Preparation of audit files
