An excellent Assistant Accountant opportunity in Sittingbourne for a leading and growing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a friendly and motivated Finance team. Main responsibilities for the Assistant Accountant will be:
·Assist with the preparation of Management Accounts
·Maintaining the Fixed Assets register
·To investigate variances against budget and provide analysis on any discrepancies
·Assist with budgeting and forecasting
·Full responsibility for the purchase ledger process
·Assist with credit control duties on a monthly basis
You will:
·Be studying towards or looking to study AAT qualification
·Be a self motivated, team player
·Have strong Excel skills
