Assistant Accountant (Ref: J9989) Permanent

An excellent Assistant Management Accountant opportunity in Canterbury for a leading and growing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a friendly and motivated Finance team. The company has a fantastic team culture and the successful candidate will be keen to get stuck in and be a self-motivated team player who picks things up quickly.

Main responsibilities for the Assistant Management Accountant will be:

·Assist with the preparation of Management Accounts
·Maintaining the Fixed Assets register
·To investigate variances against budget and provide analysis on any discrepancies
·Assist with budgeting and forecasting
·Providing support to Finance Managers

You will:
·Be studying towards or looking to study ACCA or CIMA or equivalent
·Be a self motivated, team player
·Have strong Excel skills
