I am currently working with an international and expanding business based in Essex who due to succession planning are looking to recruit an Assistant Finance Director. This is an exciting and rare opportunity where there is the expectation you will take on the Finance Director role in 3-4 years.

As well as working closely with the Finance Director to learn the role and the business you will also have the remit to look at overhauling and improving the current systems and procedures.

The successful candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified with multi-currency experience. It is also beneficial if you have been involved in the implementation or upgrade of IT systems.
