Role Overview:
 
As an Audit Senior, you will be instrumental in leading and conducting audits, committed to delivering top-tier services across a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities:
 

• Direct and oversee the entire audit process from initiation to finalisation, catering to a broad client base.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional growth while ensuring compliance with the firm’s high standards.
• Develop and review comprehensive audit documents and reports for upper management.
• Engage with clients to grasp their business objectives, address their issues, and strengthen relationship ties.
• Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.

 
Candidate Requirements:
 

• Should be ACA/ACCA qualified (or hold an equivalent qualification).
• Required to have prior experience within a UK Practice setting.
• Must possess robust technical expertise in audit procedures and financial reporting standards.
• Should have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing strong client partnerships.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
• Must showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 
Experience Required:
 

• Minimum 2 years in Accountancy Practice

 
Work Authorisation:
 

• Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom – No visa sponsorship available.
