The Role:

🔹 Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring top-tier service
🔹 Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns & management accounts
🔹 Advising clients on business growth, tax planning & compliance
🔹 Supervising and mentoring junior staff 📚
🔹 Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries 📞

About You:

✔️ ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
✔️ Proven experience in an accountancy practice
✔️ Strong client relationship & communication skills 💬
✔️ Tech-savvy – experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar software 💻
✔️ Ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision ⏳
