Our client, a leading chartered accountancy firm based in East Kent, is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join their growing team.

They are enjoying continued growth and want to build on their success by expanding their team with an experienced accountant.

They are now looking to hire a qualified or qualified by experience accountant as a client manager.

They work with a variety of clients mainly across the Southeast but some throughout the UK and win most of their business through word of mouth.
 
As a Client Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind managing client relationships and catering to specialised clients in a variety of industries. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for understanding unique client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead client engagements, ensuring high quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance and specialised solutions to clients operating in niche industries.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in their financial journey.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing all accounting and financial aspects.
• Collaborate closely with team members to exceed client expectations and drive mutual success.

 
What you’ll need to have:

• Qualified accountant or qualified by experience (AAT, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a proven track record.
• Extensive experience in client management within a chartered accountancy practice.
• Expertise in working with clients, understanding their unique challenges.
• Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
• Exceptional organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
