Finance Manager 
Location: Kent (Hybrid)

Goldhawk Associates are working with a growing organisation seeking a Finance Manager to drive financial strategy, commercial analysis, and business partnering within a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing key insights to maximise profitability, manage financial risk, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Business partnering with commercial teams, procurement, and senior finance to drive financial performance
• Deliver budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial reporting for key stakeholders
• Conduct margin management to enhance profitability
• Present and explain financial performance at weekly meetings
• Identify risks and opportunities to enable business growth and operational efficiency
• Support group compliance, internal controls, and audit processes
• Provide financial analysis 
• Ensure strong financial governance and adherence to statutory requirements

Key Skills & Experience

• Qualified Accountant with strong management accounting experience
• Background in financial analysis and business partnering, ideally in a commercial environment
• Strong ability to influence and challenge non-finance stakeholders
• Hands-on experience in process improvement and stakeholder management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
