Commercial Finance Partner (Ref: BH-10053) Permanent

Great opportunity for an established Commercial Finance professional to join a leading Mid-Kent based business.  Purpose of the role is to provide financial insight and support to Regional Managers and Senior Leadership, aiming to grow and improve the regions’ profitability. This includes identifying key drivers and levers to enhance financial performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Produce regional-specific reporting to supplement existing group reporting.
• Ensure deals are priced, structured, and implemented to meet expectations.
• Reflect operational activity accurately in management accounting.
• Develop forward-looking forecasts/budgets and conduct retrospective analysis.
• Provide real-time financial support for the region.

Key Requirements:

• Fully/part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Data manipulation skills.
• Experience in a similar role combining commercial and financial analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Leadership and the ability to influence and drive change.
