Commercial Financial Controller (Ref: BH-10332) Permanent

Our client, a highly successful and growing business based in South Kent, are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Controller. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will cover all aspects of financial control and commercial decision making. Key responsibilities will include:

– Analysing the financial results and communicating the key financial drivers
– Assisting with the production of the standard monthly reporting pack
– Own and coordinate the process of producing the annual plan
– Work closely with the Sales Director to understand sales performance and challenge the forecasts
– Provide support to the marketing team to understand effectiveness of marketing activities
– Own the intercompany P&L ensuring profitability is understood and communicated
– Line management of the Commercial Accountant
