Company Secretary Contract Permanent

Goldhawk Associates are currently supporting a client based in Kent who are looking to appoint a Company Secretary.

It is essential that you have and can demonstrate experience in overseeing the company secretarial function for multiple companies, preferably within a professional practice. You will work to support the firm and will be independent in your professional capacity and have the ability to make decisions and work well with others.

You will be responsible:

Maintaining clients’ statutory database and reporting changes to Companies House as required
Incorporating new companies
Ensuring client filing deadlines are met
Dealing with share transactions and corporate restructuring
Preparation minutes,
Keeping up to date with changes in statutory requirements and corporate governance
Supervising and training our company secretarial assistant
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following qualities:

Good communicator
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organisation skills
Ability to prioritise workloads.

ICSA qualifications are desirable or other forms of professional qualifications would also be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge and in return they offer a competitive salary.
