NFP Client is looking for a employment relations advisor to provide day to day ER activity, providing accurate advice and effective and timely advice to managers and employees and a “one stop shop” for all disciplinary, performance management and grievance cases. Providing support with consultation in relation to Group activities such as TUPE transfers, redundancy and terms and conditions.Interpreting and acting on data and ad hoc reports in respect of ER information held. Up to date knowledge of UK and European employment legislation is required and demonstrable experience of managing cases and acting as HR Advisor at conduct/capability hearings. Flexible and warm not-for-profit environment.
