I am supporting a growing business in Canterbury to appoint an Enquiries Administrator on a permanent basis. Being the first point of contact for enquiries via telephone and email, you will become an expert in the company offerings and be able to redirect initial enquiries and offer clear and concise information to new potential customers.
Main responsibilities will include:
– Dealing with potential clients, their relatives, and external organisations
– Relaying pricing structures and payment options
– Managing and maintaining the enquiry database
– Inputting data into spreadsheets and carrying out audits
The ideal candidate will have experience within a customer focused administration role, with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be able to work under pressure and maintain professional relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
