Exciting opportunity to join a growing company on a 12 month contract. You will be an experienced HR professional with 3-4 years worth of experience and at least 2 years of providing ER advice and managing ER Casework. You need to be CIPD Level 3 qualified as a minimum. You must be based in the South East as although the role will be predominantly remote there will be some very occasional travel to sites in the South East or requirement to go to the Head Office in West Kent.
-To provide high quality advice on a variety of ER and HR issues by telephone, MS Teams or in person when required
-Providing employee relations advice and operational HR guidance to managers on Company HR policies and procedures
-Providing assistance with written communication where templates do not suffice
-Assisting with complex ER Casework and attending complex disciplinary and grievance meetings
-Supporting the HRBPs and HR Manager
-Dealing with HR Administration and transactional activities
-Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
Salary up to £30,000 plus benefits
