A large PE backed Alternative Network Provider with huge growth plans over the following 6-12 months. Large central Kent offices, and already delivering c. 10k past premise installations a quarter and looking to significantly increase this over the following year. Managing a team of 8 (3 planners, 1 surveyor, 4 FTE civils) you will be both remotely and from the central Kent office managing a high-performance planning department for E2E FTTP network planning projects.
With European investors looking to increase overall business output in the following 12 months, with financial investment and appointment of new critical hires including this Planning Manager role, the company is looking for someone who has a naturally strong leadership style, ability monitor KPI’s for quarterly builds, control cost and drive efficiencies in planning, as well as removal of obstacles to the build process.
