The Opportunity
Managing a team of 8 (3 planners, 1 surveyor, 4 FTE civils) you will be both remotely and from the central Kent office managing a high-performance planning department for E2E FTTP network planning projects.
With European investors looking to increase overall business output in the following 12 months, with financial investment and appointment of new critical hires including this Planning Manager role, the company is looking for someone who has a naturally strong leadership style, ability monitor KPI’s for quarterly builds, control cost and drive efficiencies in planning, as well as removal of obstacles to the build process.
The need to know
In order to be considered suitable for this role, you should be able to demonstrate some of the following attributes.
– Demonstrable experience in an E2E network planning role on FTTP projects
– Knowledge of GIS
– Worked with PIA
– KPI management
– Team management for planners
– NRSWA 2 & 10
