Finance Business Partner (Ref: BH-10241-1) Permanent

We are working exclusively with this fantastic Kent based organisation to source an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the existing team and support driving further growth.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver regional financial reports and analysis to supplement group reporting.
• Ensure accurate pricing, structuring, and implementation of deals to meet business objectives.
• Oversee management accounting to align with operational activities.
• Develop forward-looking forecasts and budgets alongside retrospective financial analysis.
• Provide hands-on financial and commercial support to the region.
• Lead and develop a team of finance analysts to achieve business goals.

 
Key Skills & Experience

• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Commercial and operational experience with a track record of driving change and implementing best practices.
• Strong communication skills, simplifying complex financial concepts for various audiences.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence and commercial return.
• Leadership and team-building expertise with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• A self-starter who is resourceful, passionate, and persistent in delivering results.
