Finance Business Partner (Ref: J10835) Permanent

Our client, a large international organisation based in South Kent, is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for providing financial and management information and strategic advice to the Board and Senior Management team.

This is an integral role where you will assist with the growth of the business, formulating strategies and executing plans. You will lead on financial matters; influence decision-making; improve the understanding of business performance; developing and delivering unit strategy; delivering data analysis and insight on business opportunities; providing options and scenarios for business decisions.

The successful candidate will be a commercial finance professional with extensive experience of financial planning, budgeting, investment appraisal, business case evaluation and experience of driving change management programs focused on systems and process improvements.
