Finance Business Partner Role

Role Objective:

Join a Corporate Finance team as a Finance Business Partner in a dynamic, professional department. In this pivotal role, you’ll advise on financial management, aiding in significant business restructuring and change. Your expertise will clarify complex financial scenarios, guiding strategic decisions and improvements. You’ll collaborate with other Finance Business Partners for unified service, contribute to policy development, and participate in strategic management. Your focus will be on identifying efficiency savings, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting in planning and performance monitoring. This role is key to driving innovative solutions and enhancing financial efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a principal financial advisor, influencing and supporting management teams.
• Contribute to strategic management development and policy formulation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and financial regulations.
• Participate in financial planning, reporting, and efficiency savings identification.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years in a senior financial role.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting in complex environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial accounting systems.
• Degree level education or equivalent
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
