Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: West Kent (3 days a week in office)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 11 Months

About the Role:

A leading global company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial processes and statutory compliance during a critical growth period. Reporting to the CFO, this role will manage a small team and ensure the accurate preparation of financial records, statutory accounts, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end financial closures.
• Oversee ledgers, treasury tasks, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare statutory accounts, VAT returns, and payroll tax submissions.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for overheads and CAPEX.
• Coordinate audits, internal controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of two finance professionals.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with 5+ years in financial accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
