Finance Manager – Manufacturing (Ref: BH-10329-1) Permanent

We are working in partnership with a fantastic manufacturing business based in East Kent who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a key role in the business where you will be responsible for:

– Lead and oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities including detailed reporting and variance analysis
– Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate accruals, prepayments and analysis of performance against key financial KPIs
– Develop finance packs and dashboards to support business decision-making 
– Facilitate monthly performance reviews with senior stakeholders, offering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
– Set internal pricing structures to ensure profitability and alignment with broader business strategies
– Analyse cost movements, including supplier pricing and product margins, to identify risks and opportunities
– Participate in regular cross-functional meetings, providing financial guidance and risk assessments
– Conduct financial evaluations and business cases for new commercial initiatives and strategic investments

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with excellent communication and analytical skills.
