Finance Manager (Ref: J10708) Permanent

Finance Manager supporting operational management for growing group enterprise. Reporting in Finance Director and managing one accounts assistant. Flexible working policy, 25 days holiday, 5% pension and salary in the range of £55,000 per annum.

• Lead, manage and develop the Finance function
• Approve expenses and payments in line with internal guidelines.
• Monitor and enforce business/financial controls in line with best practice
• Ensure all financial transaction are in line with business/financial controls.
• Continue to develop and improve controls where required.
• Work closely with VP Finance to ensure effective budget planning and forecasting
• Produce monthly financial and support production of management accounts
• Fulfil all statutory reporting and audit and tax compliance requirements
• Support product costing, carry out stock reconciliation
• Manage payroll and relationships
• Preparation and submission of VAT return
• Manage sub ledgers including the asset register, cash book, sales & purchase ledger.
• Manage business risk, insurance and legal topics ensuring compliance with the law and group policies.
• Regular reporting and analysis as required including monthly group reporting using SAP.
