Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager (Ref: BH-10257) Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Finance Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing business. This role is responsible for the accurate production of financial reports, budgeting, variance analysis, and commercial costing, playing a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead the annual audit and year-end process, acting as the key contact for external auditors.
• Compile and maintain commercial packing rates, working closely with operational teams to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and maintain capacity models to support both short-term operations and long-term strategic planning.
• Produce annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across production, resource utilisation, waste management, and customer profitability.
• Continuously review financial processes, driving automation and efficiency improvements.
• Manage and develop the Finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

 
Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment.
• Strong experience in financial accounting, management reporting, and data analysis.
• Expertise in profit and loss reporting, cash flow management, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach.
