An exciting position has recently come in for a German speaking accountant to join a successful and growing organisation in Tunbridge Wells. My client is looking at all options whether it is full or part time, contract or straight permanent. This is due to company growth and will be a role which becomes an integral part of both the UK and Germany finance function.
Key responsibilities and experience include:
·German + English speaker
·Running management accounts for German subsidiary from UK
·Budgeting and forecasting
·Preparation of accounts for German tax advisor
·Liaising with the Berlin General Manager
·Visiting Berlin regularly (every 2-3 months)
·Dealing with UK projects especially as the ERP system beds in
This role will require important communication as you will be liaising with the German and UK office on a regular basis. My client is open on education but someone who has a relevant accountancy qualification would be ideal.
