Rare senior opportunity to join our Client, a private equity owned Global Engineering business as Group Head of HR reporting into the CEO and member of the Senior Leadership team, leading the HR function to ensure that it provides strategic and operational support to achieve business objectives, develop the Company’s Organisational Design and drive employee engagement and culture of high performance throughout the group. This organisation has an entrepreneurial culture and benefits from a size where change and decision can be implemented at a fast pace but a strong Global network that achieves growth and stability. Successful candidates will have a strong commercial mind-set, a pragmatic thinker, excellent negotiation skills and innovation capability. You will be CIPD qualified, have experience in HR management in a multi-site, international business that has been involved in OD, Change and Talent development. Experience in acquisitions and work councils could be a distinct advantage and International travel will be required.
