Group HR Manager (Ref: J9789) Permanent

We are partnering with a Healthcare provider who work both in community and hospital settings specialising in brain injury and other neurological illnesses who are looking to recruit a Group HR Manager. The successful candidate will be managing the team of advisors and an HR and recruitment Co-ordinator at 2 sites. The role is weighted towards operational HR management in a full generalist capacity and requires managing change and improvement across 4 sites. Successful candidates will be hands on, quick thinking, commercial and have the ability to develop the HR function. CQC experience, CIPD qualification and ability travel is essential for this role.
