I am currently working on an exclusive basis with an innovative and entrepreneurial business based in Kent who are looking to recruit a Head of Finance.
This is a highly commercial role reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for leading and developing the finance team and systems; providing commercial support by partnering with non-finance teams; owning the P&L including month end; budgeting and analysis and strategic finance project work.
It is a great opportunity for a commercially focussed individual who is happy to work in a hands-on role. The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified, possess proven commercial experience and excellent communication skills. Experience working in a start-up would be beneficial.
