Head of Finance 

Goldhawk Associates is proud to partner with Involve Kent in recruiting a Head of Finance to lead their financial strategy and drive operational excellence.

The Role: As a key member of the Executive Team, you will:

• Shape and deliver financial strategy, supporting the organisation’s mission.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with charity finance regulations, VAT, and governance.
• Lead the Finance Assistant and oversee business support functions.
• Support funding applications, grant reporting, and financial modelling.

What We’re Looking For: 🔹 ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years’ experience in a finance leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of charity finance, VAT, and compliance.
• Excellent systems skills, including Excel and financial software integration.
• Experience in strategic planning, governance, and financial reporting
