Head of FP&A (Ref: J10705) Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prominent and forward thinking organisation as Head of FP&A in a pivotal and high profile role. Reporting directly to the Finance Director this role will focus on business partnering the Exec team in short and long term forecasting and presenting valuable insight. Key duties will include:

– Ensuring accurate results are reported for daily metrics, weekly flash results, monthly performance and forecasting for decision making
– Understanding key business drivers and the ability to pose balanced challenge
– Leading the planning cycles, setting the flow and guidance for P&L, capex and liquidity
– Developing financial modelling, creating the long-range plan and key metrics with the FD and Exec team to drive business in its strategic direction
– Overseeing continuous improvement in data quality and moving team activity away from data collection towards insight
– Responding to ad hoc performance reporting
– Providing and presenting insightful qualitative and data driven analysis and recommendations to the business, pitching to the Exec and other non-financial colleagues. Developing agile dashboards to monitor metrics driving the business in the moment

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with FP&A experience. You will also need to possess the ability to communicate across all levels of the business and build strong stakeholder relationships.
