The Opportunity

A newly created role situated within a group enterprise with an overall T/O of c. £300M. You will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and performance management for the MSP who oversee the delivery of support and services across the group. Managing a team across support, development, security, and project management, and driving business change and continuous improvement initiatives through promoting a Technology first’ agenda.

The need to know

In order to be considered suitable for this role, you should be able to demonstrate some of the following attributes and experience.

1.Experience working within a complex business / group enterprise in a number 1 or 2 role.
2.Managing vendor relationships in terms of contract renewals and SLA’s
3.Man management Natural team leader with experience building and developing functions.
4.Comfortable taking on a newly created role and contributing to the overall development of awareness around technology and IT change in
5.Strong stakeholder management skill-set
