Head of Loan Origination (Ref: BH-10052) Permanent

Our client, a highly impressive financial services business based in Kent, is looking to recruit a Head of Loan Origination. As part of the senior leadership team you will be responsible for continuing to drive process, performance and technology improvements. Your key duties will include:
 

• Full responsibility for people management
• Development, implementation, and training of new automated systems and technology advancements
• Understanding the user journey and taking ownership of existing and new products and features
• Interrogating product ideas to ensure problems are understood before solutions are developed
• Managing complex technical issues and collaborating with non-technical staff
• Continuously improving operational performance
• Monthly review of underwriting, payouts, specialist funding, and introducer support
• Verifying the completeness and accuracy of credit proposals
• Liaising directly with the COO and the Executive team on ongoing business initiatives
