HR Administrator needed for a 6 month FTC to assist in the provision of a comprehensive and professional HR service across the trust. As this role is a 6 month contract we are looking for someone who can start sooner rather than later.
You will be required to;
-Monitor HR email inbox
-Assist with preparation of recruitment material and administration of the Applicant Tracking System
-Maintain HR records in a timely and organised manor
-Recording and filing of training along with certificates
-Assist with on-boarding and leavers such as adding new starters to relevant systems, welcome emails and liaising with IT department to make sure possessions are returned
-Support and participate in HR projects when needed
-Respond to internal and external HR enquiries
-Assist with mid year appraisal processes, liaising with staff and management gathering data and documentation to support this
Who we are looking for:
-Strong administrator within an office environment
-Good Microsoft skills – Word/Excel
