HR Administration Assistant (Ref: J9170) Contract Permanent

Exciting growth business, top employer in UK, based in the West Kent area is looking to recruit an HR Admin Assistant to join their busy and fast paced HR team of 5. They have an HR project soon to commence which will see the implementation of a new time and attendance system. They therefore require extra resource in the team through this busy time and are looking for an administrator/HR Administration assistant to join them on an initial 3 month contract which will likely last to the end of the year with the potential to move into a permanent opportunity for the right individual.

Day to days duties include:

• Support with administration of benefits; including updating & maintaining spreadsheets, activation of discounts, checking invoices & usage reports and ordering relevant vouchers required
• Support wider HR function with new starter onboarding;
• Creating new starter booklets
• Support with IT administration
• Correlation of all first day information, ensuring all letters are created and documents are arranged for the induction
• First day picture, creation of ID cards and announcing joiners on Slack
• Assist candidate and employee enquiries by email, phone and Slack
• Support Shuttle Bus drivers with administration of company expenses and upcoming holidays where cover needs to be planned
• Maintain and update the company intranet and meet-the-team digital pages
• Work with the HR team supporting with administrative needs and letter writing as-needed
• Take on administrative projects and ad-hoc work as needed
• Skills required:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Professional, friendly approach to work and very high level of discretion
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritise work
• Highly organised with good common sense
• A strong understanding of other cultures and/ or have worked in an international
• business with a good understanding of the brand
• At least 2+ years experience in a similar administrative role
