I have a rare and exciting opportunity to join my client, a market leader in their field. Due to rapid growth, they are now seeking an HR Administrator to join them and support the People Team, whilst collaborating with other departments. This is a progressive role for candidates with HR/admin experience, or graduates who are keen to develop a career surrounding People.
Responsibilities:
– Assembling new starter packs and creating ID badges
– Preparing and responding to reference requests
– Handling all staff queries and escalating where appropriate
– Maintaining HR systems
– Supporting with the recruitment process
You must have strong interpersonal skills, with confidence to deal with colleagues at all levels. You will be a team player who is able to prioritise busy workloads whilst working under pressure. This role offers hybrid working, however you will be required to work 3 days a week on site, due to the nature of this role.
