We are partnering with a fast-paced, well established and reputable business based in East Kent to recruit an HR Adviser. You will be working with a team to become a top class, pragmatic and commercial HR service to a business that delivers a high-quality product to their customers. The role will encompass working across recruitment, absence management, disciplinary, grievances, appeals, policies, integration, restructuring, redundancy, leavers, advice, commercial focus, audit and health and safety. Essential requirements include being fully CIPD qualified, demonstrable competence in working within a busy HR function, operational employment law knowledge, project management/delivery experience combines with an active communicator and skilled influencer at all levels of the business.
