HR Advisor
Location: West Kent/South East London borders – Hybrid working, 1 day from home
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE

Opportunity Highlights:

• Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will support the HR team’s strategy and work closely with key stakeholders ensuring behaviours align with the companies policies and procedures
• You will work with the HR team to provide advice and guidance across the business to ensure it delivers best practice

We Seek:

1. Experienced HR Advisor with CIPD Level 5 qualification or working toward
2. Knowledge or working experience of payroll and staff budget process including annual salary reviews and cost of living pay awards
3. Experience of complex HR casework and up to date knowledge of current employment law
4. Demonstrable experience of working with HR systems including ATS systems
5. Experience of managing, coaching and developing people
