Goldhawk is excited to be working for a growing and successful Kent company who are looking to recruit an HR Advisor. You will have at least 2 years HR experience and a good understanding of HR Administration and working in an HR Office. You do not need to be in an Advisor role at the moment as full training will be given making this a genuine and exciting opportunity to to progress in your HR career!
Duties
– providing HR support to the operations teams
– reporting into the HR Manager
– offering advice, training, coaching and mentoring as appropriate
– dealing with all aspects of ER including absence, performance and other issues
– producing reports and using data to identify trends
– ensuring that company values are used at all times to enhance the employee journey
– involvement in HR projects and initiatives
– other ad hoc duties
Salary is £25,000 plus benefits
