Exciting opportunity to join a busy and growing company based in London. You will be an experienced HR professional with strong generalist skills. Ideally you will have 6-8 years HR experience, be confident and able to work at Advisor level. The role will be based in the office 3 days a week and 2 days a week from home
Duties
– Supporting the Head of HR with day to day running of the department
– Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
– Handling all employee relations case work (including conducting investigations, disciplinary meetings, drafting letters)
– Supporting the delivery of a high-quality end to end recruitment service across the organization
– Providing advice, support and guidance to managers on HR policies and processes
– Coaching on performance management and annual appraisals
– HR System administration
– Producing HR correspondence and documentation
– Working closely with the HR Coordinator to ensure all onboarding and offboarding processes are completed efficiently
– Supporting the Head of HR with TUPE consultations, redundancies and new staff onboarding
– Other ad hoc duties
Salary £35 – £40,000
