I am currently supporting a professional services business to find an HR Advisor to join them to support HR processes within the firm whilst partnering with leaders to resolve situations quickly and efficiently.
Main responsibilities will include:
– Handling employee queries on a daily basis and escalating if required
– Generating offer letters and managing the starter/leaver process
– Administrative support on HR policies and procedures
– Data analytics and maintaining the time management system
