Are you ambitious and keen to join a team who are striving to put people at the forefront of their business? This fast paced role reports to an HR Business Partner and involves a variety of generalist responsibilities.
Duties will include:
– Supporting with disciplinaries and escalating more complex cases
– Processing appraisals and training feedback
– Assisting with new starter paperwork and the general recruitment process
– Keeping up to date with changes in HR legislation
You will be CIPD qualified to level 3 or 5 and have proven experience within a similar role. This is a diverse position that requires you to work quickly and efficiently, whilst supporting colleagues within the team as well as the wider organisation.
