HR Advisor (Ref: J11712) Permanent

HR Advisor – Charity – Open to full and part time hours (min 29.6hrs per week)
Location: Ashford – Hybrid Working (min 2 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £38,000 dependent on experience

We Seek:
1.Experienced HR Administrator or Advisor with recent experience of providing advice and guidance to line managers
2.Practical knowledge of employment law and ACAS
3.Strong ER experience
4.CIPD Level 5 desirable but not essential
5.High level of organisation skills
6.Experienced in using HRIS systems and able to use them effectively
