My client, a reputable business within the care sector, is seeking an HR Advisor.Based in the Tonbridge area, this position would suit an Assistant with 5+ years experience.
Main duties include:
– Leading and assisting with consultations
– Dealing with disciplinaries and grievances
– Advisory work across multiple sites
– Ad-hoc tasks for the Group Head of HR
This role requires a candidate who is resilient and able to manage their workload with confidence and integrity. Due to locations of other sites, some travel and/or overnight stays may be required. CIPD qualification is essential and previous experience within the care sector is advantageous.
