Exciting opportunity with Client based near Tonbridge for a committed and detail orientated HR and recruitment Co-Ordinator to join an established and supportive HR team to support day-to-day operation of the HR function. You will support HRBP’s and head of HR and wider team with all HR aspects of HR and recruitment admin including:
– creation, maintenance and management of HR records, new starters and leavers
– input and process of annual leave, sickness and other absence onto HR system
– Ad hoc reporting
Experience of HR operations is beneficial although training will be provided, you will be a central point of contact for the business and a real pssion for HR is therefore required.Great time to join the team through period of transformation. Must be confident in all Microsoft applications and ability to work under pressure.
