HR Advisor role has arisen with one of our professional services Clients based in their head office in Mid Kent. The role may require occasional travel for Client visits, off-site training as required.
The role will report into an HR manager and will respond to HR queries, advise on HR policies, processes and procedures, building effective relationships with Managers and employees, issue formal documentation, producing MI and reports, deal with day to day Employee relations matters, carry out exit interviews and undertake HR project work.
Successful candidates should have relevant experience working in an advisory capacity, a desire to progress with excellent oral and written communication skills and knowledge of an HR database. CIPD level 3 and degree educated is desirable.
